Eaton's Marketing and Commercial Operations (MCO) organization is seeking a Copywriter as part of the ReSurge Program, designed to support individuals rejoining the workforce after a career break. This hybrid position involves working three days in the office and two days remotely, focusing on developing engaging content that promotes Eaton's products and services. The role offers a unique opportunity to refresh skills and gain diverse experiences while collaborating with experienced leaders and mentors.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, and website copy.
• Serve as a scrum team developer to create compelling content and ensure timely messaging alignment with objectives.
• Understand and accurately represent Eaton's brand voice, promise, attributes, and standards in all communications.
• Write, review, and edit content for correct brand voice and messaging.
• Optimize content for SEO.
• Collaborate with marketing communications team members to create copy supporting various tactics such as product aids, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Meet with subject matter experts to develop content outlines and review drafts.
• Stay current on best practices in search engine optimization and brand messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA, Beachwood OH, or Arden NC.
