About the position

Eaton's Residential and Wiring Devices Division is seeking a Retail Sales Analyst to join their team as part of the ReSurge Program, which supports individuals rejoining the workforce after a career break. This hybrid position involves working three days in the office and two days remotely, focusing on analyzing sales data, developing reports, and optimizing sales operations. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and potentially transition into full-time employment after a 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Develop financial modeling associated with new product introductions, store distribution growth, and retail resets.
• Provide special order support to customer and territory sales team when needed.
• Streamline and optimize sales operations processes, tools, and systems for maximum efficiency.
• Partner with marketing counterparts to develop marketing, promotions and eCommerce sales dashboards.
• Monitor compliance metrics and identify corrective actions.
• Track all budget spending and work with Marketing to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Monitor and summarize all rep agency payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum three (3) years' work experience
• Minimum three (3) years in Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

• Prior home improvement retail sales experience
