About the position

The Reach-back Mid-Level Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst role involves providing analytical support to military and DoD civilian intelligence teams. The position requires effective communication with forward-deployed intelligence staff and coordination of contractor analysts. The role includes a rotational deployment requirement to support operational needs in the CJOA-A region.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts.
• Coordinate activities of co-located Contractor Reachback intelligence analysts.
• Maintain effective communications with forward deployed senior intelligence staff.
• Ensure all production requirements meet customer needs.
• Deploy on a 90-day rotational basis into the CJOA-A as required.

Requirements

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
• Associates degree or a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years analytic experience with specific military occupational specialties or equivalent service codes.
• Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in CI, CT, Afghanistan/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, or political/military analysis.
• Tactical and/or operational level experience.
• Four years CI/HUMINT experience preferred.
• Experience with assessment of sources and their reporting.
