Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in early childhood, healthcare, education, social work, or nonprofit sectors, with at least 4 years in project management.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Successful track record in supporting and implementing program quality improvement.
  • Commitment to increasing equity in opportunity and outcomes for children.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as Certified Project Manager or Project Management Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-departmental projects focused on program-related systems and tools.
  • Develop and oversee project work plans, timelines, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholder involvement and build strong relationships to support project completion.
  • Collaborate with the National Program Director on program strategies and quality assurance.
  • Represent Reach Out and Read at internal meetings and contribute to program support design.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and onboarding for Affiliate and National Staff.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of the myROR programmatic database strategy.
  • Support staff in database issues and manage feedback from the network.
