About the position

The REACH Project Coordinator position at the Penn State College of Medicine focuses on reducing racial and ethnic health disparities through the development, implementation, and evaluation of health-related projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects to reduce health disparities.
  • Develop, design, and coordinate project materials.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Assist with interim and final reports.
  • Prepare grants and HSPO documentation.
  • Assist with writing scientific papers for publications.
  • Gather, enter, and analyze community level data using the REDCap data collection tool.
  • Participate in and support team decisions and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or related areas.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
