About the position

As a Senior React Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS. This role involves close collaboration with the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that the user interface and user experience align with business needs and end-user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS.
• Work closely with the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that the user interface and user experience meet the needs of the business and end-users.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure that the user interface and user experience are consistent across all web applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and designers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and user experience design.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality standards are met.
• Work with the development team to ensure that the user interface and user experience are accessible and meet accessibility standards.
• Develop responsive web applications that work across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development using ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web design and development.
• Experience with user interface design and development.
• Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience with user testing and research.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or VueJS is a plus.
