About the position

The React Developer position is focused on developing a new application for the agency, requiring a subject matter expert in React. The role involves designing and developing customized solutions, coding, unit testing, and troubleshooting. The candidate will work as part of a DevOps team and must have a deep understanding of React, Next.js, and Node.js, along with strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop, support, and maintain React applications for 4+ years.
• Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to perform code reviews.
• Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements.
• Create functional requirements and designs for customizations.
• Accurately estimate the level of effort for implementation tasks.
• Review developer proposed implementations and identify efficient designs.
• Ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a SME/Developer in complex enterprise-level developer projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing React applications.
• 2 years of experience in Next.js.
• 2 years of experience in Node.js.
• Experience in CI/CD deployment, testing, and full-stack development.
• Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience in Typescript.
• 1 year of understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• 2 years of experience in cloud-based hosting such as Azure or AWS.
