About the position
The React Developer SME will serve as a subject matter expert within the DevOps team, focusing on the design and development of a comprehensive child welfare information system. This role requires extensive experience in React and related technologies to create customized solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions using React.
- Code, unit test, and build applications.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot applications.
- Participate in meetings from 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time Zone.
- Provide assessments of technical and operational practices based on industry standards.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a SME/Developer in complex enterprise-level projects.
- Deep knowledge of React (4+ years required).
- At least 2 years of experience with Next.js and Node.js.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Strong client-service orientation and focus.
- Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver high-quality solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Typescript.
- Experience with cloud hosting such as Azure or AWS.
