About the position

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with extensive experience in UI development. The role focuses on designing and developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js, while also leading the development of complex features and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern front-end development practices and a proven ability to build high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
• Lead the development of complex features and applications, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, designers, and product managers, to deliver top-tier user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in UI/React development and incorporate them into project work.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in React and front-end best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in UI/front-end development, with at least 4-5 years of professional experience in React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of React.js, including hooks, state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
