About the position

The React Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing a highly dynamic front-end system that leverages extensive database configurations to drive the display, behavior, layout, and interactivity of UI components. This role requires collaboration with team members to innovate and enhance user experience, as well as mentoring others on best practices and technologies in React development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a highly dynamic front-end system driven by extensive database configurations.
• Develop and maintain complex React components for high responsiveness and efficiency.
• Create intuitive and forward-thinking solutions using database-driven logic for user interface.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Work through designs, solve problems, and coordinate efforts across the system.
• Extend existing components or build new ones, mapping out new concepts and designs.
• Guide and mentor others on best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with React, focusing on dynamic state management using TanStack Queries.
• Thorough understanding of JSON and data structures.
• Strong understanding of new age React features and functionalities.
• Ability to provide proof-of-concept examples and explanations for new approaches.
• Comfortable speaking up in discussions and offering different solutions.
• Extremely flexible and able to change direction quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with C# .NET and enterprise-level application development.
• Familiarity with user interface design tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance.
