About the position

The React Developer position at Kforce involves designing and implementing a dynamic front-end system that leverages extensive database configurations to enhance user interface components. Responsibilities

• Design and implement a highly dynamic front-end system driven by extensive database configurations.
• Develop and maintain complex React components for high responsiveness and efficiency.
• Create intuitive solutions using database-driven logic for user interface aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Engage in problem-solving and coordinate efforts across the system.
• Extend existing components or build new ones as needed.
• Map out new concepts, designs, or extend system frameworks.
• Guide and mentor others on best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with React, focusing on dynamic state management using TanStack Queries.
• Thorough understanding of JSON and data structures.
• Ability to quickly create proof-of-concept examples and explain new approaches in React.
• Comfortable speaking up in discussions and offering alternative solutions.
• Extremely flexible and able to adapt to changing directions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with C# .NET and enterprise-level application development.
• Familiarity with user interface design tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance.
