About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front End Engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable web applications. The role requires a strong background in front-end technologies and a proven ability to translate complex designs into pixel-perfect web interfaces. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to balance customer needs with application performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable web applications with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Translate complex design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure the integration of front-end and back-end systems through effective use of Node.js and other technologies.
• Apply front-end performance optimization techniques and tools to enhance application efficiency.
• Manage and maintain code quality using source code management tools such as GitHub.
• Oversee deployment processes using technologies like Capistrano or equivalent.
• Utilize relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL for data-driven applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on Front End technologies.
• Expertise in React.js or equivalent frameworks, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and general Web 2.0 techniques.
• Experience with XML and XSLT technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build fast and efficient web applications with pixel-perfect design.
• Familiarity with deployment technologies like Capistrano or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Source Code Management Tools (GitHub).
• Experience with front-end performance optimization tools such as PageSpeed.
• Experience developing with relational databases like Oracle or MySQL.
