About the position

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our team in Seattle, WA. This hybrid position requires a strong front-end engineer with a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership abilities and be responsible for implementing pixel-perfect designs that effectively balance challenging customer needs with application performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As a Senior Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in React JS and other front-end technologies to develop and maintain our web applications. You will be expected to contribute to the architecture and design of new features, as well as optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices in front-end development. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS and other front-end technologies.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs that meet customer needs while ensuring application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in front-end development.
• Utilize deployment technologies like Capistrano for application deployment.
• Manage source code using GitHub and ensure version control best practices are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on Front End development.
• Strong proficiency in React JS, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and Responsive Design techniques.
• Familiarity with XML and XSLT technology.
• Experience in building fast and efficient web applications with pixel-perfect design.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization tools such as Pagespeed.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
