The SS&C Intralinks team is currently searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Waltham, MA. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. As a Senior React Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team, where you will play a crucial role in informing requirements and design, and seeing projects through to implemented code in production. You will work closely with software architects, challenging their decisions and collaborating with them to optimize technical designs. Your responsibilities will include inspecting iterative results and proposing improvements to techniques, tools, and processes. You will also take co-ownership of your Definition of Done with your Development Team member peers, ensuring uncompromising quantifiable code quality. Mentoring junior counterparts will be a significant part of your role, as your success is tied to making those around you better. Understanding customer pain points and empathizing with their needs will be essential as you work to solve their problems and share in their satisfaction.
