We are HIRING a Sr. React Developer for a leading American Multinational Financial Services Holding Company. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for 2 days of remote work each week. The React Developer must be local to one of the following locations: Chicago, IL; Richmond, VA; or Kennesaw, GA. This is a long-term contract opportunity, expected to last between 12 to 24 months, and is based on a W2 employment structure. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, but please note that C2C arrangements are not accepted. The Sr. React Developer will be responsible for creating interactive web front-end user interfaces (UI) from a combination of wireframes, visual designs, and established design standards. Some projects may also require the candidate to create visual designs and wireframes directly from business concepts, adhering to user experience standards and guidelines. The role necessitates close collaboration with production application development and architecture teams to ensure that design standards are technically feasible and compatible with the production environment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency are critical for success in this position, as the frontend UI will undergo regular reviews at senior levels within the organization, and timely delivery of deliverables is essential for the success of the initiatives.
