About the position

The React Front End Developer role is focused on developing user-friendly web applications using React.js and Java technologies. The position requires a strong understanding of web accessibility standards and user experience design principles, along with experience in Agile development environments. This hybrid position is open to local candidates in Michigan only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Java technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.
• Utilize IDE tools such as Eclipse/Jboss Developer Studio for development tasks.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with React.js.
• 5 years of experience with HTML5 and CSS Frameworks.
• 5 years of experience with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 compliance policies.
• 3 years of experience with current JAVA and relevant IDE tools.
• 2 years of experience programming with JPA framework.
• 2 years of experience programming with current Spring framework.
• 2 years of experience programming with Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• 3 years of experience programming with Java 8+.
• 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise environment.
