About The Position
Luxoft is seeking a React Full Stack Developer to join our team and work closely with one of the world's largest investment management companies, based in Southern California. This client manages nearly $2 trillion in assets and is currently undergoing a comprehensive upgrade of their technology infrastructure. As a React Full Stack Developer, you will be an integral part of a SCRUM team, collaborating with clients and business analysts to swiftly comprehend new requirements and identify necessary changes to the existing system. Your role will involve not only development but also the presentation of recommendations based on your analysis of the current solutions. You will assist in code peer reviews and contribute to building and testing functional enhancements, ensuring that the development process is continually improved. In this position, you will be responsible for the full-stack development of Java and React code, adhering to specifications and designs while employing best practices. You will develop a world-class web services codebase and will be tasked with effort estimation and task breakdown, which includes estimating the cost of implementing new changes and identifying potential risks. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
