About the position

Infosys is seeking a React JS Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of learning, where diversity is respected and valued.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for software applications.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to the software.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) and Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience in design and architecture review for at least 4 years.
• Experience in the software development life cycle with a focus on Agile Development Model.
• Deep knowledge of React JS and Redux practices with extensive work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java and proficiency in object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially using Git.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
