About the position

We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The role involves collaborating with design and development teams to create high-quality digital experiences, ensuring usability and performance standards are met. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining front-end applications using JavaScript, CSS, React, and HTML, while also working closely with UX designers and product owners to implement responsive and accessible designs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with design and development teams to bring digital experiences to life and ensure they meet usability and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript, CSS, React, and HTML.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and developers to implement responsive and accessible designs according to guidelines.
• Work with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet their needs.
• Conduct testing and analyze results to optimize user experience and application performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
• Manage and participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure interfaces remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, and debugging software systems and/or applications.
• 6+ years of experience with React JS or equivalent framework, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering standard processes such as versioning control, software packaging, and software release management using GitHub.
• Exceptional coding skills and on-time delivery of quality components or applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Creativity and innovation in development.

Nice-to-haves

• Good experience with Agile methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Angular JS experience is a plus.
• DevOps experience is a plus.
• AWS highly preferred.
