About the position

Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for a React JS / Node JS Developer at Hoboken, NJ. We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React JS and Node JS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to create seamless user experiences and ensure that our applications meet business objectives. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React JS and Node JS. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences, and implement and maintain API integrations with third-party services and internal systems. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner will be essential to ensure minimal disruption to the end users. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporating them into your work as appropriate, will be expected. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React JS and Node JS.
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end interfaces with backend services.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
