About the position

The React Lead Developer will be responsible for leading a team in the development of high-performance web applications using React. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive front-end development experience who can drive technical excellence and mentor team members in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development of complex React applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Guide team members in debugging, optimizing, and enhancing application performance.
• Define and enforce coding standards and development processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 4 years focused on React.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise with Redux, React Hooks, and other React ecosystem tools.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and building scalable front-end architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Previous experience as a lead in an Agile development environment.
