About the position

Infosys is seeking a React Native Lead Developer who will play a crucial role in the Software Development lifecycle. This position involves creating detailed design artifacts, developing and reviewing code, and contributing to the go-live plan. Responsibilities

• Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications and test plans.
• Independently develop and review code.
• Contribute to the go-live plan.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions.
• Lead the team and take responsibility for work delivered by the team.
• Perform peer technical code reviews and engage in pair programming activities.
• Define cross-platform mobile app solution options and provide estimates on effort and risk.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of mobile app solutions.
• Integrate complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservices.
• Work with DevOps responsibilities and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in React Native.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 years of overall experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologies.
• Min 4 years of experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android.
• Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules.
• Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment.
• Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security.
• Experience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
