The React Native Developer Lead will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of mobile and web applications, utilizing specialized knowledge in mobile and web development. This role involves managing the end-to-end solution development lifecycle, coordinating efforts between onshore and offshore development teams to ensure seamless execution of development tasks. As a technical advisor, the React Native Developer Lead will provide guidance on planning, implementing, and supporting mobile and web applications. Utilizing knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, the resource will drive Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to promote high-quality code and robust testing methodologies. This focus on code quality is essential for delivering reliable and efficient applications. Coordination and improvement are key aspects of this role. The resource will work to enhance collaboration between various roles, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Manager, and Engineering Manager, to improve overall project efficiency.
