As a React Native Developer Lead at CodeForce 360, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of mobile and web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements effectively, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and project goals. Your role will also involve acting as a technical advisor, providing guidance on planning, implementing, and supporting mobile and web applications, utilizing your knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot. Quality assurance is a critical aspect of your role, as you will drive Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to promote high-quality code and robust testing methodologies. You will work closely with various roles, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Manager, and Engineering Manager, to improve coordination and enhance overall project efficiency. By promoting continuous improvement practices within development teams, you will encourage the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance code quality and deployment efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure availability during onshore hours to address critical defects and collaborate effectively with clients, ensuring that project goals are met with the highest standards of quality.
