About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with over 10 years of experience in the Software Development Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing mobile applications across multiple platforms, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in React Native. This role requires solid expertise in ES6 JavaScript, as well as proficiency in HTML and CSS to complement the development process. The candidate should also possess a solid working knowledge of Node.js, serverless architectures, and cloud-native solutions. The successful applicant will be expected to quickly ramp up on the NMG local environment, which includes understanding data flows, API endpoints, and other critical components within a working week. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the developer will need to articulate blockers, identify missed requirements, and conduct desk-check based demos effectively. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires the candidate to work five days a week from the client office, ensuring close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the Software Development Industry.
