About the position

NAVA Software Solutions is seeking accomplished React Native Mobile Developers for a remote project. The role involves developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, particularly with React Native, and will be responsible for managing timelines, reviewing code, and coordinating releases with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Development of React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and accessibility.
• Write clear, concise and well documented code.
• Effectively manage timelines and expectations.
• Review code and coordinate releases with other squads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobile application development experience
• 2+ years of experience with React Native
• Experienced in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
• Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
• Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Azure Dev Ops for project management.
• Experience using Code Push for app updates.
• Experience leading/mentoring a team.
