The Project Manager will be the AI&Data lead supporting the Network enablement organization's clients. This role serves as the central coordination point across all AI&Data development partners, ensuring that projects are effectively managed and executed. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving requirements definition, conducting scope and impact assessments, and overseeing delivery execution. This position requires the ability to influence and partner with both business and technology stakeholders across the organization to build consensus, develop technology solutions, and establish implementation timelines. Key responsibilities include facilitating the intake, organization, and prioritization of projects and use cases, as well as driving the development and application of new technologies focused on AI and Big Data. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop action plans, establish milestones, and provide regular status updates. Additionally, the role involves managing and communicating key timelines and deliverables to execute on strategic initiatives, standing up Ad-hoc Work Groups (AWGs) and Proofs of Concepts for new Big Data AI initiatives, and leading requirements sessions, core team grooming, scope and impact assessments, story point estimation, and sprint planning when applicable. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and communicating project schedules, defining and coordinating resources needed from across AI&D to enable effective execution of goals, analyzing and managing project risks, and developing risk mitigation plans. Clear communication up and down the organization regarding project status is essential, as is identifying opportunities to accelerate value capture within the Transformation program. The role will also support annual and multi-year capital planning and strategy, requiring effective communication skills both verbally and quantitatively.
