About the position

We are seeking a skilled React UI Developer to join our dynamic team in Issaquah, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in front-end development using React and Node.js, with experience in GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for developing scalable applications, managing state efficiently, and contributing to high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end components and applications based on requirements.
• Implement features in line with user stories and technical designs.
• Optimize code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Interact effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather input and provide updates.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement robust algorithms and follow design patterns to develop error-free code.
• Build services using technologies like React.js, Node.js, and Microservices.
• Perform unit testing using frameworks like Jest.
• Identify and resolve production bugs with quick turnarounds.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all development activities.
• Provide regular updates on task progress and adhere to release management processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in React development.
• 8+ years of experience in HTML and CSS.
• 4+ years of experience in GraphQL.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM).
• In-depth understanding of React.js workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux) and state management.
• Expertise in Node.js and frameworks like Express.
• Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with server-side technologies, templating languages (e.g., EJS), and CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance standards.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and code quality tools (e.g., Sonar).
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and ORM tools.
• Experience with SSO processes and user authentication/authorization across systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Demonstrated ownership in developing modules/features for products.
