About the position

The Real Estate Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in our growing real estate investment company by engaging with residential property owners to negotiate property purchases. This position requires a strong sales background and the ability to build rapport with potential sellers, ultimately impacting the company's success through effective negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate new leads.
• Build rapport and gain insight into seller motivation.
• Negotiate with homeowners to buy their house at below market value.
• Follow up with all sellers that were not closed on the initial appointment.

Requirements

• Must have sales experience (in-home sales is a plus but not required).
• Excellent rapport builder.
• Must have a professional business image (You are the face of the company).
• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach.
