About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive around designated neighborhoods, identify distressed properties, and proactively reach out to homeowners to explore potential property acquisitions. You will engage with homeowners through door knocking, distributing postcards, and building rapport to initiate conversations about selling their property.
