About the position

The Real Estate Administrative Assistant at KW Commercial is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team. This role involves managing documentation, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients. Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain real estate files and documentation for transactions.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and listings for properties.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM system to update and track client information and interactions.
  • Recruiting of key personnel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficiency in typing (to be determined by an assessment).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (to be determined by an assessment).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
