About the position

The Real Estate Administrative Assistant at Copperfield Investment & Development Company is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can multitask effectively and work under pressure, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among tenants, vendors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute communications and email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Communicate with tenants and vendors
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proficient in Yardi program for accounting
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
  • 3 years of office assistance experience (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in real estate (Preferred)
