About the position

The Real Estate Administrative Assistant position is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to a corporate real estate brokerage team. The role involves managing various business operations tasks, including document preparation, record keeping, scheduling, and communication management, to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the corporate real estate brokerage team.
  • Type, format, and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
  • Maintain calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, and arrange travel or conference logistics.
  • Conduct research, update databases, and prepare materials for mass mailings.
  • Complete expense reports and handle reconciliation of receipts.
  • Open, sort, prioritize, and distribute inbound mail, and coordinate outbound mail services.
  • Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and resolve problems related to department policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Real estate experience is highly preferred.

Benefits
