Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the home buying and selling process.
• Manage deals using Redfin's proprietary CRM to stay in touch with clients and track opportunities.
• Work with a dedicated transaction coordinator and listing coordinator to streamline the sales process.
• Utilize technology to enhance business operations and client interactions.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.
