Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable properties
  • Negotiate deals for both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Requirements

  • Licensed real estate agent
  • Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong skills in both written and spoken communication
  • Natural drive for sales and a competitive edge
  • Excellent at connecting with people and understanding their needs
  • Expertise in prospecting and generating leads
  • Ability to handle objections effectively
  • Well-organized and efficient in time management
  • Eager to learn and grow
