Responsibilities

• Work with Redfin.com customers and manage your own client relationships.
• Utilize Redfin's proprietary CRM to manage deals and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with a dedicated transaction coordinator and listing coordinator for support.
• Leverage the inside sales team to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

• Prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
