About the position

Madison Allied LLC is a Texas licensed, technology-driven real estate brokerage that is seeking motivated licensed real estate agents to join its team. The company prides itself on doing things differently, offering a unique program designed to help agents succeed through best-in-class one-on-one coaching and support, as well as lead programs. Agents who successfully complete the RUNWAY program may qualify for company-provided lead programs at no upfront cost, allowing them to focus on closing deals without the burden of lead generation costs. The commission structure at Madison Allied is merit-based and straightforward. Experienced agents who have closed six or more deals in the past 12 months can earn a commission split of 90% for their own clients, with a fee of $299 or $399 based on the deal size. For all other agents who do not meet this criterion, the commission split is 80% for their own clients, with the same fee structure. Additionally, all company-provided clients will have a commission split of 50/50%, also subject to the same fees. After completing the first three transactions in the RUNWAY program, agents will graduate into the Experienced Agent Program, which offers further opportunities for growth and success. Madison Allied LLC offers a flexible work environment with no required floor time, allowing agents to choose their own hours. The company provides lead programs in various markets, on-the-job training, coaching, and best-in-class transaction support to ensure agents have the resources they need to thrive in their careers. The ideal candidate will possess a current real estate license in Texas, be a member of a local Realtor board or be willing to join, and be motivated to advance their career as a self-starter who is organized and driven to succeed.
