Responsibilities
- Represent and assist buyers in the purchase of homes, from initial consultation to closing.
- Work with buyer leads throughout Brevard County.
- Respond promptly to leads provided by Madison Allied.
- Utilize virtual tools to manage transactions and communicate with clients effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in Florida.
- Experience in residential real estate preferred, but open to motivated new agents.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working virtually and using digital tools.
