Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to assist them in buying and selling homes.
- Provide expert guidance through pricing, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Utilize technology and support teams to handle advertising and logistics.
- Work both from home and in the field, attending occasional in-office meetings.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted real estate license.
- Closed 20 or more residential transactions in the last 24 months or 50 lifetime transactions (excluding leases).
- Skilled in guiding customers through the home buying and selling process.
- Deep understanding of market trends and accurately pricing homes.
- Expertise in architectural styles, neighborhood characteristics, and local amenities.
- Well-versed in contractual language, state forms, and fair housing laws.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and use new technology.
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within the market.
