About the position

Crosstown Realtors is seeking a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join their growing team. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and vetting potential candidates to ensure they align with the company's culture and qualifications. This role is pivotal in building a strong real estate team and requires strong organizational skills and a talent for recognizing great candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
  • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
  • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
  • Actively recruit elite agents to Crosstown, ensuring the team is filled with the industry's best
  • Target and engage Team Leads, presenting the value of bringing their teams to Crosstown
  • Ensure you're not just meeting but exceeding call and appointment quotas
  • Inspire and motivate the office team, fostering a unified and forward-moving environment
  • Lead impactful recruiting training for all Crosstown agents, empowering them to become adept recruiters

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or a similar field
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales with a track record of exceptional performance
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new technologies

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with FUB or similar recruiting tools
  • Leadership experience in a collaborative environment
