Responsibilities

- Participate in sales training and coaching sessions to enhance skills.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales using proven processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and accountability.
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
