About the position

Allison James Estates & Homes is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join their 100% commission brokerage. This role offers agents the opportunity to keep all of their earned commissions while receiving comprehensive support and resources to enhance their real estate careers. The brokerage operates in 9 states, providing a flexible and collaborative work environment for both part-time and full-time agents.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools for seamless communication and transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage property listings and conduct property showings.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices.
