• Choose between different commission plans (85/15 or 100%).
• Collaborate with the full media, marketing, and transaction coordination teams to enhance client service.
• Leverage custom mortgage products to attract more clients.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience as a Real Estate Broker.
• Motivated and willing to hustle to achieve sales goals.
