About the position

Redfin is seeking experienced real estate agents to join our team immediately. As a Redfin Agent, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative brokerage that is redefining the real estate experience for consumers. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with customers and guiding them through the home buying and selling process. Redfin will handle the advertising and logistics, allowing you to concentrate on providing expert guidance in pricing, negotiations, and closing. You will work both from home and in the field, with occasional in-office team meetings. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to assist them in buying and selling homes.
  • Provide expert guidance through pricing, negotiations, and closing processes.
  • Work from home and in the field, with occasional in-office team meetings.
  • Handle advertising and logistics while focusing on customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate with a proven track record of closing 10 or more residential transactions in the last 24 months or 20 lifetime transactions (excluding leases).
  • Strong understanding of market trends and statistics for accurate home pricing.
  • Expertise in architectural home styles, neighborhood characteristics, and local amenities.
  • Well-versed in contractual language, state forms, and fair housing laws.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology effectively.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within the market.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales training and coaching.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology and tools.
