About The Position
The Real Estate Analyst Training Program at Enterprise Community Partners is a two-year, paid rotational program designed for recent business school graduates. This program provides full immersion and hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate financing and development, while also offering opportunities to enhance leadership skills. Analysts will work closely with executive and industry leaders on various projects across the organization’s business lines, including community development finance, housing credit investments, asset management, and real estate development.
