About the position

The Real Estate Analyst at SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio plays a crucial role in supporting the company's national expansion by conducting data-driven analyses to identify new store locations and manage the performance of the real estate portfolio. This full-time, in-office position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate markets using demographic, economic, and competitive data to identify ideal locations for expansion.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to support site selection, lease negotiations, and strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the review and abstraction of lease agreements to ensure terms align with SweatHouz's financial and operational goals.
• Work with brokers and real estate teams to assess potential sites, participate in market tours, and create site comparison reports.
• Provide analytical support during lease negotiations, ensuring the best possible terms are achieved for new locations.
• Compile insights, financial projections, and market data into clear, compelling presentations for internal review and landlord discussions.
• Track and analyze the performance of existing locations, identifying opportunities to optimize leases or evaluate potential relocation or expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and data visualization tools preferred.
• Ability to synthesize data and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in-office, full-time with the real estate and management teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in commercial real estate, data analysis, or retail is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate software (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) is an advantage but not required.
