About the position
The Real Estate Assistant will support a high-producing residential Real Estate Broker by performing a variety of real estate and administrative duties. This role is essential for organizing and building the real estate business, requiring a friendly and solution-oriented individual who can manage complex projects and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing listing preparation projects such as scheduling vendors and managing workflow.
- Supporting the broker in client-facing duties, including home showings, hosting open houses, or attending inspections.
- Handling client care, including closing gifts, anniversary gifts, and assisting with client events.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and personable demeanor.
- Ability to manage people and complex projects.
- Comfortable with a variable schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Solution-oriented with skills in anticipating business needs.
- Self-directed work style within a team environment.
