About the position

DLA Piper is seeking an attorney for its Investment Funds Group, with a focus on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. This role is open to all US offices and requires candidates to have a minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate. The position emphasizes strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.

• Comply with all firm policies and practices.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission in the jurisdiction for which you are applying.
• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
