About the position

Crosstown Realtors is seeking an experienced real estate sales buyer's agent to join their team. The role involves helping clients find their dream homes by cultivating relationships, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the home buying process. Responsibilities

  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget.
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market.
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car.
  • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible.
  • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads.
  • Cell phone and laptop computer needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated.
