The Real Estate Coordinator at Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) plays a crucial role in supporting the acquisition, disposition, development, and related processes to ensure that all real estate transactions align with ULC's strategic goals and mission. The coordinator will be responsible for the procurement of proposals and bids, communication with vendors, and monitoring milestones for invoices and payments. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain organized project files, draft and summarize documents related to real estate transactions, and support the research and development of grant applications. The position also involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing community meeting notes, and attending industry events. The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in project support, real estate development knowledge, advanced time and task management, and digital proficiency.
